The Palos Verdes Institute of Technology – PVIT for short – is the technology and engineering program of Palos Verdes High School. The PVIT program is composed of two parts, a program of academic study which is part of the school’s teaching program, and PVIT Club, a program of extra-curricular, project-based, activities.
The PVIT academic program is open to all students at PVHS. PVIT Club is open to any high school student in the Palos Verdes Unified School District. Participation in projects does not require being enrolled in the academic programs (or vice versa).
