Battlebots
BattleBots is a student-led robotics team where each member designs and builds one robot a year. We teach coding, designing, and building to new members and help them create personalized robots that meet competition requirements. People of all levels of experience are welcomed, from never having built a robot before, to making many. During weekly meetings, members are encouraged to work on their builds and ask questions.
We compete in various different competitions throughout the year, mainly during the second semester. Competitions consist of categories for robots of different weights. A winner is decided through judges' decision or by disabling the opposing robot. Our goal is for each member to hopefully win and place to receive an award.
